For the second day in a row, a Federal Court has ruled in favor of LGBT rights. Pennsylvania was added to the list today. The Judge ruled that the Pennsylvania ban on same-sex marriage is Unconstitutional.
Yesterday the Federal Court ruled that Oregon’s Same-Sex Marriage ban was unconstitutional.

It is now legal to get Married in Oregon. A District Court ruled that Oregon’s ten year same-sex marriage ban violates the U.S. Constitution.

“Because Oregon’s marriage laws discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation without a rational relationship to any legitimate government interest, the laws violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.”
